Signigicant characteristics:
These guides were created by customer request. Under extreme use, the factory backup carbide strip is not wide enough to contain the blade movement. During operation the blade would walk off of the strip and cut into the holder body. Once cutting began, the expensive carbide blade on the machine lasted only minutes. With SHARC Super Backups for your 530, this will no longer be an issue. The carbide is wide enough to accomodate any blade movement and it is brazed in for security. Guides are shipped complete with rubber isolaters installed.
